Mr. Mohammad Feroz Alam Bhuiyan is a distinguished shipping and finance professional with 39 years of experience in ship owning, chartering, bulk commodity trading, and ship sale & purchase.

He currently serves as the Group Managing Director of Jaffrey Jaffrey & Associates Ltd, leading multiple subsidiaries across shipping, agriculture, and healthcare. Under his leadership, the group operates 40–50 vessels across the Asia-Pacific and Indian Ocean, specializing in dry bulk cargo such as clinker, limestone, cement, coal, and aggregates.

Mr. Bhuiyan previously managed United Marine Transport Corporation, one of Bangladesh’s leading dry bulk operators, and earlier directed Splendour Bangladesh Ltd, representing Anselm Shipping (London) in the sale of 115 vessels totaling 1.2 million DWT.

His earlier career includes senior roles at United Ship Management Ltd, United Maritime Agency Ltd, and Multimode Transport Consultants Ltd, where he arranged major financing and joint ventures for vessel acquisitions and industrial projects.

He has collaborated with clients of Royal Bank of Scotland (London), BCCI (Hong Kong), American Express Bank, and Bank of America, gaining deep expertise in foreign banking, investment, and corporate finance.
